Discover who you are and what you're here to do
Whether you just need a new perspective or are looking for deeper answers to hard questions, you've come to the right place.
Jeffrey has been studying and practicing astrology, meditation, and many healing modalities since his early 20's after being in a terrible car accident that nearly killed him. The accident set off a chain of events that caused him to look within for healing and answers. Through the healing process, he was led to a man named Robert Ayres, who began to awaken in Jeffrey many insights and spiritual truths. This prompted Jeffrey to explore astrology and to learn from Robert the deep esoteric truths that many practicing astrologers today may not see in chart interpretations. Robert also taught Jeffrey to be a teacher of Mantra based meditation as well.
Today, Jeffrey loves exploring clients' charts and helping them discover who they are, what they came here to do, as well as assisting them in difficult times in their lives by reading what the planetary bodies are bringing about.
In Jeffrey's spare time, he loves reading, meditating, being in nature, skiing, and golfing.

1. It can help you understand who you are.
Even if you know nothing about astrology, you probably know what your Sun sign is. But astrology is a lot more complicated than just your sun sign. You may think that you are nothing like your sun sign and that you relate to another sign more. In our natal charts, we have a sun, moon, eight planets, twelve houses, and more! You must also factor in how all of these things interact with each other. Astrology can give you a better understanding of yourself. In addition to personality traits and characteristics, astrology can also provide you with a thorough insight into your life.
2. It can help you understand others.
Just as understanding your own birth chart will help you understand yourself better, the same is true of others. Understanding someone else’s chart can help you recognize differences to be celebrated, or the best way to communicate. Avoiding miscommunication can be as easy as knowing your friends/coworkers sun sign and knowing a little about what makes them tick.
3. It can help you understand your future and make the most of opportunities.
Many events can be seen in advance. Just as farmers use the moon as a guide for the best time to plant their crops, so too can you use the planets in the same manner. Transit astrology can help you prepare for the future. Knowing which cycles are coming, you can bring those energies into your awareness and work with them proactively.
4. It can help you find your life's purpose.
Astrology can help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses, gifts, talents, and shortcomings. By looking at the sixth and tenth houses in your chart, which represent work/daily life and career/reputation, you can begin to form an idea on where your life should take you. This can help you identify lines of work that suit you.
"Astrology is a language. If you understand this language, the sky speaks to you." Dane Rudhyar
Astrology encompasses everything in existence. The cosmos parallels the evolution of the Soul/Spirit of the human being, but also every living being. The planets directly influence the mind/body connection. We are the creation, each one of us. Every human contains within themselves the entire universe. Some don’t realize that latent within them exist all the powers and abilities that exist in the whole universe. We are the microcosm of the macrocosm, meaning the divine mind exists within our limited human mind. The planetary bodies, stars, asteroids, space, everything we see out in the night sky, has a direct correlation and influence over each person individually and en masse.
The study of astrology lays out the divine plan for the world and every one of us individually. Like a map of roadways, the planets, houses, and signs serve as guideposts. If we follow the intelligence of the cosmos, we learn how to live consciously. We learn how to deal with our karma or life situations, whether good or bad, when to make a change, when to move, when to act, or when to sit still and be patient.
Your natal chart is a snapshot of the planets at the exact moment of your birth. Contained within your natal chart are your Sun sign, Moon sign, and ASC, aka your Rising Sign.
Progressions help figure out the timing of events and one’s psychological nature. Transits deal with the timing of events and the unfolding of one’s life and karma. Knowing these things helps us deal with real-life situations and how to go about handling them, the timing of the events, and how long they will be in our lives.
In the astrology community, there’s a lot of talk about Neptune and Pluto. Neptune has been said to be confusion, delusion, illusion, the Womb of God. It’s Source energy. Source energy has no bounds, no boundaries, or limits. That said, no one knows how Neptune’s energy will manifest in one’s life or en masse.
Pluto has been said to be the Soul or Ego or both. This is incorrect. Pluto is the Kundalini or the creative evolutionary force within you. It is usually dormant in us unless we cultivate it and use it to our advantage through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Pluto is transformation and metamorphosis, and although not necessarily, it can be experienced in hard, painful experiences. Even if you’re working on cultivating Pluto’s energy through spiritual practice, it will still show up and manifest in your life. Developing Pluto’s powers will help deal with all the various experiences, either physically, emotionally, or psychologically. The rising of the Kundalini raises our consciousness to different evolved states that don’t allow the harshness of the physical world to make deep, lasting impressions on our subconscious.
From an Astrology reading, you’ll find out your Sun sign, Moon sign, and ASC. The ASC is your rising sign, which shows your life mission as well as how you carry yourself in the world and how others perceive you. The aspects will display your strengths, weaknesses, and karmas. We’ll go over how to actualize your greatest potential and fulfillment so you can live your journey of life in a joyous state and tackle and overcome the tests of the universe.
Saturn is fear. It’s the lowest vibrational frequency. Saturn is what brings us into the physical world. Saturn is why we incarnated and is our hardest karma. Knowing our toughest karma helps us deal with it, understand it, grow from it, and overcome it. Saturn is our teacher, our most stern teacher. Once we go through a Saturnian lesson, we never forget it. It makes us stronger and wiser. Good and bad aspects of Saturn help us manifest and grow in inner and outer ways that we couldn’t have without its help and influence in our lives. Saturn is like a stern father teaching his children the rules, laws, limits, and boundaries of life and how to navigate through them. Once mastered, our potential is limitless!

What is meditation? Meditation is a process that expands the mind, heals samskaras or impressions left on the subconscious mind, promotes joy, bliss, happiness, reduces stress, helps with sleep, and slows down the aging process.
What is a mantra? A mantra is a word of power whose effects are known at every level of creation. Using the proper mantra is important. Are you using a saguna mantra (a mantra with attributes) or a nirgura mantra (a mantra without attributes)? You may ask, what does this mean? How do I know what mantra to use? What is the power or intention behind the mantra? What effects will this mantra have on me? You may be asking, what are the different levels to creation that these mantras are known and have their effects?
These are all good questions and will be answered when you sign up to learn the deeper aspects and wisdom involved in true meditation.
You will also be taught proper pranayama, breathing techniques, that calm the mind and body as well as draw up the serpent power, the kundalini, up the spine to begin your meditation at a deeper level.
